Refund & Return Policy
At Laconic, we do not accept general returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed unless one of the conditions listed below applies.
Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@laconicbrand.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@laconicbrand.com.
We may provide a one-time complimentary size replacement depending on availability. Original items do not need to be returned unless requested.
Size replacements are intended only for sizing issues. We reserve the right to deny requests that appear excessive or abusive.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong product or color
- Minor color variation caused by screen displays
Lost Packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your package appears lost, contact us at contact@laconicbrand.com and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- An incorrect or insufficient address
- Failure to claim the package
- Delivery refusal
The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
Unclaimed returned packages may be donated after 30 days.
