Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been processed and accepted.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as cancellations may not be possible once an order enters production.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment, billing, and shipping information for all purchases.

You represent that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You will be responsible for any applicable charges, including shipping and taxes

Shipping & Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or production timelines.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order through third-party fulfillment partners, including Printful.

Because of this production model, each item is created individually after purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase will be fulfilled through third-party production and shipping services.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In accordance with our fulfillment partner policies, including Printful, eligible claims may be resolved through replacement or refund after review.

Photo evidence may be required.

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a one-time size replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Size replacements are intended strictly for sizing issues and are offered at our discretion.

For sizing-related replacements:

  • The cost of the replacement item and shipping will be covered by us
  • Original items do not need to be returned unless requested

We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection (including color or size)
  • Personal preference after purchase

Lost or Delayed Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist in resolving issues with the carrier, but are not responsible for delays once an order has shipped.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed packages may be disposed of or donated after 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including branding, designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of LACONIC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LACONIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.
