Shipping Policy

At Laconic, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners, including Printful.

Processing Time

All items are produced after an order is placed. Typical processing times are 2–7 business days before shipment, depending on product availability and order volume.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once fulfilled, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will assist in resolving issues with the carrier, but cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a package is in transit.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or insufficient address
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Delivery refusal

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed returned packages may be disposed of or donated after 30 days.
